How does the menu scan work?
Snap a photo of a restaurant menu and Kenki reads the dishes, estimates the macros and suggests the one that fits your goals, then logs it to your diary. Macros are AI estimates, so confirm ingredients if you have a serious allergy.
How does auto-progression work?
For each set, Kenki suggests a weight and rep range based on your last session and a target reps-in-reserve. Log what you actually did and the next session adjusts automatically. Auto-progression is part of Premium.
Where is my data stored?
